Ms. Richins brings an analytical and process-driven mindset to her role as an Operations Analyst at DBD Investment Bank, which she joined in June 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Brigham Young University, where she built a foundation in research, data analysis, and market behavior.
During her time at Brigham Young University, Ms. Richins served as a Research Assistant, supporting academic research initiatives focused on consumer behavior, institutional dynamics, and market responses to social and economic factors. Through this work, she conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis and presented findings in both academic and professional settings.
Prior to joining DBD Investment Bank, Ms. Richins worked as a Lender at Regions Bank, where she evaluated credit profiles, guided clients through the loan process, and supported high-volume financial operations. This experience gave her firsthand exposure to the kind of disciplined, detail driven process that underpins DBD Investment Bank's approach to deal execution.
