Our Team

Mr. Freeman is a seasoned financial executive with over two decades of experience leading finance, accounting, and transaction functions across private equity–backed and real estate–focused organizations. He joined DBD Investment Bank in September 2025, bringing a proven track record of guiding clients through complex acquisitions, due diligence, and strategic financial initiatives.

Before joining DBD Investment Bank, Mr. Freeman served as Engagement Director at CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), where he partnered with management teams and investors to deliver high-impact solutions across accounting, finance, and internal audit functions. His prior experience includes serving as CFO for private real estate investment firms and advising portfolio companies on transactions valued up to $250 million.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Freeman founded and led a consulting firm focused on real estate development and financial restructuring, combining financial discipline with entrepreneurial execution. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University.
